This adaptive reuse project converted a deteriorated plumbing supply building into a neighborhood lounge. Westra designed site improvements to support new parking, sidewalks, and ADA access while working around fixed building elements. The scope included demolition of existing asphalt, coordination with City street improvements, utility planning for grease traps and services, and efficient parking design on a constrained 1.27-acre site.
